Everything the Garage Door Might Need
Pick the service that matches what you noticed or what your inspection listed. Every page describes the early signs, what happens during the work and the questions people raise right after buying a house.
- Garage Door RepairRepair for a door with an unknown history, tracing each fault to the failed part so only that part gets replaced.
- Garage Door Spring RepairWorn or broken springs replaced with a set matched to your door's weight, so a house you just bought lifts evenly again.
- Garage Door Cable RepairFraying or slipped lift cables swapped for correctly sized ones, with drums and end brackets inspected so your door climbs evenly.
- Off-Track Garage Door RepairDoors that slipped out of their rails are made safe, trued and set back in, and we find out why it happened.
- Garage Door Roller & Hinge ReplacementWorn rollers and loose or cracked hinges replaced, which quiets a rattling door and takes strain off the opener.
- Garage Door Panel RepairDented, cracked or crushed door sections repaired or replaced, matching your door so the damage the previous owners left disappears.

Year one
A Simple Garage Door Checklist for Your First Year
In the first month, test the basics yourself. Place a flat board in the door's path and watch it reverse, wave an object through the sensor beam, and pull the release cord to try the door by hand. A door that stays halfway up when lifted is balanced.
Through the seasons, wipe the track, lubricate hinges and rollers, replace the keypad and remote batteries and look over the bottom seal. Near the one-year mark, have the springs and cables looked at, so wear is caught before a part fails.
